Hours:                        6.25 hours/day M-F on the school calendar

Rate of Pay:               $31.00

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to provide correct
• French usage, grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure, both orally and in writing
• Experience within French culture considered an asset
• Willingness to use French language skills to help enhance a language rich environment for French immersion students
• Working background in the Pre-K to Grade Twelve education system will be considered an asset
• Experience working and managing students in a classroom environment
• Ability to work both as a team player and independently with students with minimal supervision at times
• Ability to present a professional, positive attitude, appearance and work ethic
• Familiarity and understanding of the practices of the Roman Catholic Faith considered an asset

Requirements:

• Recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check upon employment
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma, or equivalent, from a recognized institution
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all areas of the program and school division
