Hours: 8 hours/day – shift work (7am-3pm and 1pm-9pm) on rotation
Rate of Pay: As per SEIU-West Agreement

Required Skills/Training: 
• Ability to work both independently and co-operatively with other caretaking staff to clean and maintain the school buildings and grounds in accordance with the Division policies and procedures.
• Previous caretaking experience in a school or other business environment would be an asset.
• Physically fit and able to handle various tasks involving lifting, bending, twisting, turning, and climbing and have the ability to do periodic heavy lifting. 
•  Possess a Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) would be considered an asset.
• CPR/First Aid would be considered an asset.
   
Requirements: 
• Familiarity and understanding of the practices of the Roman Catholic Faith 
• Recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check upon employment
